Collaboration is simple in Togal.AI. You can invite team members directly to specific projects to work together on takeoffs because Togal creates a view/layer for each user on every drawing in the set.
Each user can focus on their own work and see other’s work at the same time.
There are two ways to access the share function.
Method 1: Share inside Project Menu
1. Open the Project: Navigate to the “Projects” page and click on the project you want to share.
2. Click on the Share icon on the top right corner: Inside the project, click on Share icon to open the share settings
Method 2: Share inside Drawing Editor
Open Drawing Editor: You can share the project while working on the Drawing Editor (the canvas).
Click on the Share icon
On top of the Drawing Editor, you can find the Share icon to open the share settings
Both methods will lead you to the Invite Member window. – Enter the email address of the team member you wish to invite.
Setup the sharing permission
In the member window, search for users in your project or add their email and select the permission most suitable for the invited user.
Once selected, click Add users.
The team member will receive an email invitation. Once they accept, they will have access to the project according to the sharing permission you assigned them.
Only Togal users with admin level permissions can configure share settings
Note: If you're in "View Only" mode and want to edit a drawing, check your permission level and ensure you're in the correct view.
