Keeping your drawings organized is essential, especially in large projects. Togal.AI provides sets and folders to help you manage your drawing list. They allow you to group drawings into a hierarchical structure, similar to how you organize files on your computer.
Creating Drawing Sets
Drawing Sets act as binders to organize your drawings and keep track of changes. A Default Set is automatically created for each project. To create new Drawing Set:
On the Project Menu, Click on the “+” next to “Drawing Sets”
On the “New Set” popup window, enter Set Name, e.g., “DD Set”, then click “Create”
Create Folders within Sets
Drawing Folders can be created within each Drawing Set to further organize drawings.
There are 2 methods to create a folder.
Method 1: On the Project Menu, Click on the folder button
Method 2: Move mouse on top of the set, click on the same folder button
On the “New Folder” popup window, enter Folder Name. Then click “Create”
Move Drawings into a Folder:
Select one or more drawings by clicking the checkboxes next to their names.
A menu will appear at the top. Click the “Move” icon.
Choose the destination folder from the list and confirm.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop selected drawings directly into a folder
