Quickly locating the right drawing is crucial for efficiency.
Togal.AI search and filter tools are designed to help you do just that. You can find these tools on the top of the Project Menu or the Drawing Menu Navigator on the Drawing Editor page.
Search Bar
The search bar allows you to perform a text-based search across the Drawing Number and Drawing Name fields.
• Simply start typing in the search box
• Press Enter. The drawing list will update to show only the drawings that match your search query
• For example, typing “A-1” will show drawings like “A-101,” “A-102,” etc. Typing “Floor Plan” will show all drawings with that in their name
Filter Options
The filter feature on the Sets page works by clicking on the filter "funnel" icon
The filter icon opens a a context menu with different options where you can filter by:
Has Take-off (can filter by collaborators in this set as well)
Has Overlay
Has Markup
Has Star
