The L shortcut lets you quickly return to the last classification you used, without needing to find it in the Quantities Panel again.
How it works
If your last-used classification is no longer active, press L to reactivate it. Your next takeoff will be created under that same classification.
How to Use the L Shortcut
Press L
If the classification you were using is no longer selected, hit L on your keyboard.Draw your takeoff as normal
Create the takeoff the same way you usually do.Finish the takeoff
Complete the shape (e.g., double-click to finish for area/linear).
✅ The item you draw will automatically use your last-used classification.
Tip: Use L when you’re switching between tools or navigating sheets and want to quickly continue takeoff in the same classification without reselecting it manually.
