With Togal's integration with ServiceTitan, you can easily move quantities without the hassle of manual copy and pasting.
This eliminates the disconnected workflows that cause duplicate data entry and introduces opportunities for mistakes.
There are two parts to the integration:
Syncing material items from your ServiceTitan Pricebook into Togal
Speak to Togal Support to provide Togal with your ServiceTitan
Tenant ID
Client ID
Client Secret
Your Pricebook materials will sync directly into Togal creating a classification library of Pricebook items, which can then be used for takeoffs.
Syncing takeoff from Togal into a ServiceTitan Estimate
Once you have done your takeoff with the classifications created from ServiceTitan Pricebook, navigate to the Export panel in Togal
Select "Sync to Estimating Tool" then choose ServiceTitan
Copy the destination Project ID from ServiceTitan and paste it into Togal
Choose an existing estimate within that project to sync to, or create a new one directly from Togal
Group and filter your data as needed
Select the quantities you want to sync, then choose either Sync selected or Sync all
