Here is what's new in this Togal version:

The Legend quantities issue was fixed: quantities are no longer doubled.

The Editor’s thumbnail drawing navigator was fixed. You are scrolled correctly to the current drawing's thumbnail and can easily navigate to adjacent drawings.
