Copying and Pasting on the SameDrawing
Select the Takeoff(s):
Use the Select Tool (arrow) to click on a single takeoff.
To select multiple takeoffs, hold down the Shift or Ctrl/Cmd key while clicking.
Alternatively, use the Polygonal Lasso tool to select a group of takeoffs that make up a unit.
Copy:
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C (on Windows) or Cmd+C (on Mac).
Alternatively, right-click on the selection and choose “Copy” from the context menu.
Paste:
Move your cursor to the location where you want to place the duplicate.
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (on Windows) or Cmd+V (on Mac).
A copy of the selected takeoffs will appear at your cursor’s location. Click to place it. You can continue pasting multiple copies.
Copying and Pasting to a Different Drawing
