When working on a complex drawing, it can be helpful to see a consolidated view of all the takeoffs that have been performed on that specific sheet. You can do this using the visibility control function (i.e., the eye icon) on the Quantities Panel.
1. The Quantities Panel
The Quantities Panel is a live, interactive list, located on the right side of the Drawing Editor. It shows all the classifications you have created and serves as the main control to create, view, and edit them.
What it Shows:
A list of all classifications that were created for the drawing set.
The total quantity (area, length, or count) for each classification on this sheet.
Expanding a classification will show the individual takeoff instances.
Interactivity: Clicking on a takeoff item on the list will highlight that specific takeoff on the drawing, making it easy to locate.
2. Visibility Control
The eye iconcontrols the visibility of the classifications. You can use this function to show or hide the takeoffs on the sheet.
Show/Hide All:

This button serves as a master function to show or hide all the takeoffs on the sheet.
Show/Hide a Specific Classification:
Each Classification and Classification Group has an eye icon
next to its name to show if it is visible. Left-click the eye symbol to show the layer and click again to turn it off. This is useful for decluttering the view to focus on one type of work at a time (e.g., hide all flooring takeoffs to focus on the wall takeoffs).
To view only a single classification or group, hold "Ctrl" (or “Cmd” on Mac) and left-click the eye icon to quickly isolate it. Click it again with "Ctrl" (or “Cmd” on Mac) to restore the full view.
By using the Quantities Panel in conjunction with visibility controls, you can get both a data-centric and a visual overview of all the work completed on a specific drawing.
