Togal.AI automatically detects references between drawing sheets and turns them into clickable links, so you can jump straight to the sheet you need instead of scrolling or searching for it.
About Drawing Links
Links work on all plan types
You can't edit or delete an individual link
Links open on the full destination sheet rather than a specific spot on it
If a linked sheet hasn't been uploaded yet, clicking the link shows an error message and the hover preview appears blank
How to use Drawing Links
Upload a drawing set and Togal automatically scans it for symbols that reference another sheet. The symbol search for could be; a detail or a section marker.
Any symbol that references another sheet will always appear as a clickable link directly on the drawing
Note: Links are only detected on drawings uploaded after May 26, 2026. Sets uploaded before that date won't show links
Hover over the link on the sheet to see the preview tile it points to
The linked sheet will open up in a new tab when you click on the image
Turning Links on and off
If a drawing already has a lot of takeoffs on it, links on top of everything can get busy. You can hide them at any time from the Quantities Panel, the same place you control visibility for your classifications.
To show or hide links:
Open the Quantities Panel next to your drawing
Find Links, listed alongside your classifications
Click the eye icon next to Links to show or hide them on the drawing
The links layer only appears in the Quantities Panel when a drawing has links on it.
If a drawing has no detected links, there would be no link layer in the Quantities Panel.
