Release 3.2.17 is a big one. It introduces Drawing Hyperlinks, which let you click cross-reference callouts to jump straight to the referenced sheet, and it delivers meaningful reliability gains across takeoff editing and exports — including more dependable undo/redo, export totals that stay accurate in real time, and a wide set of fixes to navigation and export behavior.

Key Highlights:

Construction drawing sets can run to hundreds of pages, and the industry relies on cross-reference callouts; symbols and sheet numbers — to point from one drawing to another. Drawing Hyperlinks are also referred to "Drawing Links"

Togal now detects those references automatically and turns them into clickable hyperlinks right on the drawing canvas.

Click a hyperlink and you're taken straight to the referenced sheet, without scrolling through the set or searching for the page. You can also open the linked drawing in a new tab using your browser's standard shortcuts. References are detected automatically when drawings are uploaded, so there's nothing to set up.

Undo and redo history now stays intact when you open a drawing or switch between takeoff views. You can confidently use Undo (Ctrl/Cmd + Z) to step back through your changes — including restoring takeoff you've removed — without history being lost or affecting the wrong drawing.

We reorganized the export table to put the information you rely on first. Material name and component type have swapped positions so the higher-priority material name reads first, and assembly rows now display an assembly icon, making it easier to tell assemblies apart at a glance.

Ever wondered why an assembly quantity looked higher than a quick manual calculation? Assembly quantities now include a tooltip that explains how the value was calculated, including the waste factor applied. The waste factor and quantity are also positioned next to each other so the full picture is easy to see.

We strengthened how takeoff data loads and syncs for greater reliability, improved internal monitoring so we can catch and diagnose issues faster, and refined our release process for safer, more consistent deployments.

Fixed an issue where clicking any item in the assembly templates list always opened the same template. Each template now opens the one you selected.

Resolved a bug where labeling users could open a drawing to a blank or partially loaded takeoff editor from a fresh browser session. Drawings now load completely, with the image and quantity panel in place.

Fixed an issue where the current drawing wasn't properly selected in the Export drawing menu. The current drawing is now correctly checked when chosen.

Resolved a bug where the Export totals pane could show outdated quantities — or omit recent takeoff entirely — until the browser window was refreshed. Totals now stay in sync with your takeoff changes automatically, including in Chrome.

Fixed an issue where choosing "Do not display this again" on the Auto Scale popup wasn't saved between sessions. Your preference now persists, so the popup stays hidden once you've dismissed it.

Resolved a bug where the Projects page wouldn't retain your list/grid view and sort order while navigating or between sessions. Your preferred view and sort settings now persist as expected.

Fixed an issue where a set could incorrectly appear as a project on the Projects page after navigating back from the editor. Sets and projects now display correctly.
