Release 3.2.22 sharpens the Export experience and tightens sharing controls.
The export Group and Filter menus have a cleaner, more consistent design, PDF export legends now show accurate quantities, table sorting works correctly on cost columns, and view-only sharing is now truly view-only.

Improvements
Redesigned Export Group and Filter Menus
The Group and Filter menus in the Export panel have been redesigned for a cleaner, more consistent experience. Options now appear as easy-to-click rows, "Show total per group" has its own clearly labeled section, and hover and selection styling is now consistent across the export panel and the rest of the interface including a fix so the Copy All button's hover state matches the export list. The result is a more polished, coherent Export panel that's easier to scan and use.
Clearer Upload Button
The primary button in the Upload Drawings window now reads Start Upload instead of "Upload Drawings." This makes it obvious that clicking it begins uploading the files you've selected, removing a point of confusion especially for users uploading for the first time.
Bug Fixes
Accurate Quantities in PDF Export Legends
Fixed an issue where a linear classification with a Volume or Length quantity could show as 0 in the exported PDF legend, even though the correct value appeared on-screen. PDF legends now display the same quantity values shown in the drawing legend and quantity panel.
View-Only Sharing Is Now Truly View-Only
Fixed Set sharing so that guests invited with "Can View" access are correctly limited to viewing. View-only guests can no longer edit the project, upload files, apply multipliers, access the Library, export to Excel, or use Togal Chat. They can still view all takeoff views, use Compare mode, and see markups. This keeps shared sets read-only when that's what you intend.
Reliable Export Table Sorting
Fixed sorting on Export table columns that previously didn't reorder correctly, including Unit Cost, Waste Factor, Quantity, and Material Cost. Sorting now produces correct ascending and descending order on these columns.
Onboarding Checklist Recognizes PDF Exports
Fixed the onboarding checklist so that exporting a PDF either PDF export option completes the export step. Previously the step only completed with an Excel export.
