What's New
Release 3.2.51 restores full edit access for external managers on shared projects, stops the page numbering banner from reappearing on every visit, and makes Import from Library respect the order you've arranged.
Key Highlights
Shared Project Editing Restored: External managers with "Can Manage" access can edit and use takeoff tools again
Page Numbering Banner Shows Once: The banner no longer reappears every time you open a plan set
Import Keeps Your Order: Import from Library now preserves the order you arranged in the import window
Improvements
Page Numbering Banner Shows Once Per Plan Set
The automatic page numbering banner now appears only the first time you open a plan set, and stays dismissed on future visits once you've acknowledged it, instead of repeating.
Previously it reappeared every time you opened the set a repeated interruption, especially for teams that had already renamed their pages. (If you re-upload a set, the banner will show again for the new pages.)
Import from Library Keeps Your Arrangement
When you arrange or sort your classifications and folders in the Import from Library window, they now import into the Quantity Panel in that same order including the exact mix of folders and standalone classifications — instead of reverting to their original build order.
Your arrangement is also retained when you navigate away and come back, so the curated order you set in your Library carries straight through to your project.
Bug Fixes
External Managers Can Edit Shared Projects Again
Fixed an urgent issue where users granted "Can Manage" access on a shared project — including across organizations were incorrectly limited to view-only access instead of being able to use takeoff tools directly.
Managers on shared projects now get their full editable view and takeoff controls as intended.
