The TogalMCP works as a second pair of hands doing what the employee is already doing inside Togal.
Its permissions and functions are based on the employee functions within the organization’s configuration for that employee ID. i.e. License permissions, viewing and sharing access to certain sheets and folders.

TogalMCP has over 200 Togal functions attached to it. The user chooses when the AI assistant is allowed to use these tools. When the agent performs any of those functions, it can analyze the user’s data and return with a grounded answer.

Be very specific in any deletion instruction and keep confirmation as “Needs Approval” not “Always Approved”
