If you've been invited to a project as an External User, just activate your account and use Togal for free in the invited project. You can also convert your account (a free trial is available) to use Togal for your own organization's projects.

How to accept an invitation to Togal:

  1. Invitation email: Once a Togal user adds your email to their project, you’ll receive an email titled "Welcome to Togal!" This email includes brief details about the project and your role.
  2. Activate your account: Click "Activate Account" in the email to register your account with Togal.
  3. Login and access: After completing the registration, you can log in and access the project you’ve been invited to. Initially, your access is limited to this project.
  4. You now have access to collaborate on the project with the inviting team. To learn more about how to use Togal, we recommend watching the Onboarding Video.

Limited account: As an external user, you won’t be able to create new projects because your account is set up for collaboration only with the organization that invited you. If you want to create your own projects, you can start a free trial by navigating to the Projects dashboard and clicking on your organization's icon.

Switching between organizations: To return to the organization that invited you, click the same organization icon in the upper-right corner, select the inviting company, and view the shared projects.
