Export to Excel

To export your takeoff to Excel:

  1. Click "Export" in the top right corner. Export
  2. The export will show the quantities for the current drawing. Click "Drawings" to select which drawings you want to export quantities for, you can combine and export the takeoffs of any drawings within the same set. Drawing
  3. Click "Group By" to select up to 3 groupings for your data.
  4. Click "Filter" to show you only the data you want to see. You can select multiple filters for your data. 
  5. Click "Columns" to determine exactly which quantity data you want to export. 
  6. To export to excel click the "Excel" icon. Screenshot 2024-10-25 at 12.51.40
    1. Select "Screen View" to export the data hierarchy you have onscreen. 
    2. Select "Full Export" to get the full raw data, best if you want to create a pivot table from it. 

 

 

 

Note: You cannot export takeoffs from separate sets within a project.
