There are multiple ways to use Pan/Move mode within Togal. You can click the Pan Icon on the left menu, Hold the "Space Bar" and click & drag or hold down on the Center Scroll Wheel and drag.
The pan tool allows you to move and drag around in the drawings.
There are multiple ways to use the Pan Tool:
1. Click the Pan icon on the left menu and left click & drag in order to move around the drawingRemember to hit the Esc Button or click the Select Mouse Icon after you use the Pan Icon in order to go back to Select Tool
2. Hold the "Space Bar" and left click in order to move around the drawing
3. Hold down the Center Scroll Wheel and drag around on the drawing
