Improvements

Enhanced Combined View

The Combined View has received several usability improvements. Markups added in Combined View now correctly save to your own active view. Split, merge, and other editing operations now work properly in Combined View. Also, drawing new takeoffs in Combined View also adds them to your personal view, making multi-user collaboration more reliable.

Consistent Fraction Display in Tooltips

Dimension tooltips now always display fractions using the denominator you've set in your preferences. For example, if you've configured your display to use sixteenths, a value will show as 8/16" rather than being automatically reduced to 1/2", keeping your measurements consistent with your preferred level of precision.

"Open in New Tab" Restored

The "Open in New Tab" option has been added back to the right-click context menu for drawings on the Sets page and in the Drawing Navigator.

Unit of Measure Rounding for Count-Based Materials in Assemblies

Materials set to "Each" (EA) as the unit of measure now correctly round values up, ensuring you always see whole-number quantities for items counted by the piece.

Improved Search Match Count Display

Text search match counts in the Drawing Navigator grid view now fit properly on drawing thumbnails, making it easier to scan results at a glance.

Togal Bug Fixes

• Fixed: Repeating Groups Not Totaling

  Resolved a critical issue where Repeating Groups were stuck in "show marker" mode on non-master pages and were not adding quantities to the total. Repeating Group instances now correctly aggregate across all pages as expected.

• Fixed: Classifications Lost When Moving to Folders

  Fixed an issue where moving classifications to a folder would sometimes fail to save, causing classifications to appear lost. Server updates are now applied reliably.

• Fixed: Copy-Paste Creating Duplicate Takeoffs

  Improved the robustness of copy-paste operations to prevent consecutive paste actions from creating unintended duplicate takeoff data.

• Fixed: Drawing Rotation in the Editor

  Resolved a bug where rotating a drawing through User Settings would update the thumbnail in the Drawing Navigator but not actually rotate the drawing on the canvas.

• Fixed: Markups Not Saving on Windows

  Markups (arrows, lines, shapes) now save correctly on Windows. This was a regression that only affected some Windows users.

• Fixed: Page Crash When Navigating from Map Drawings

  Resolved a crash that occurred when navigating from a Map drawing to another page within the same set.

• Fixed: Screen Not Resetting After 3D View

  Switching from 3D view back to 2D mode now properly resets the canvas orientation instead of leaving the drawing tilted at the last 3D viewing angle.

• Fixed: Layer Visibility in the Quantity Panel

  Resolved an issue where toggling layer visibility in the Quantity Panel sometimes produced inconsistent results when switching between drawings.

• Fixed: Drawing Navigator Showing Empty Content

  Resolved a bug where the Drawing Navigator would occasionally render with blank content, requiring a page refresh to display drawings.

• Fixed: Missing Drawings After Duplicating a Set

  Resolved an issue where duplicating a set within a project could result in drawings appearing to be missing from the new copy.

• Fixed: "Unassigned" Materials in Export

  Assembly materials no longer incorrectly display as "Unassigned" in the Export view.

• Fixed: Classification Icon Colors in Export Filters

  When filtering by classification in the Export view, classification icons now show their correct assigned color instead of defaulting to green.

• Fixed: Unit of Measure Display in Classification Modal and Export

  Custom units of measure set on quantity formulas (e.g., EA) now display correctly in both the Classification Properties modal and the Export view, instead of defaulting to FT.

• Fixed: Takeoff Visible During Search Mode

  Takeoff overlays are now properly hidden when in Search mode, as intended. Previously, navigating between drawings using the Drawing Navigator while in Search mode could leave takeoffs visible on the canvas.

• Fixed: Text Search Match Count Mismatch

  Resolved an inconsistency where the number of text search matches displayed in search results didn't always match the count shown in the Drawing Navigator.

• Fixed: Library Tab Switching During Page Refresh

  Switching between Library tabs (e.g., from Assemblies to Classifications) immediately after refreshing the page no longer causes the wrong content to appear.

• Fixed: Drag-and-Drop in Classification Library

  Dragging classifications between folders in the Classification Library now works correctly again.

• Fixed: Project Name Alignment

  Long project names now display with proper left-alignment instead of appearing centered.
