- Project Color Fixes: Resolved issues with color selection and color persistence when organizing projects into folders

Improvements
Clearer Placeholder Text in Assemblies
When creating new equipment or labor resources, input fields now display more descriptive placeholder text (e.g., "Type to create or find Category…") to make it clearer that you can search for existing entries or create new ones directly by typing.
Note: Assemblies is sold as an add-on to your Togal subscription. Interested in using Assemblies? Reach out to your account manager for more details.
Togal Bug Fixes
-
Fixed: Paste in Place (Ctrl+D) Behavior
Ctrl+D now correctly pastes takeoff objects in the same position when switching to a different drawing. This shortcut had stopped working as expected. Now, copied items can be pasted correctly even when the source and destination views have different scale or rotation, while preserving markup connections.
-
Fixed: Project Modal Color Picker Selection
Resolved an issue with the project color selector in the project modal so hover, focus, and active states are more consistent and easier to read.
-
Fixed: Project Color Preservation When Moving Folders
Moving a project into a folder no longer removes the project’s assigned color. Previously, the color setting would disappear after a page refresh.
-
Fixed: Map Takeoff Page Reset
Rotation guides no longer remain visible on the canvas after navigating to a different drawing between pages. The Map Takeoff tool mode now correctly resets back to Edit mode when changing pages while in Rotate mode.
