Using a Library within the Togal editor

Click the Book Symbol in the top upper right corner of the quantity panel to access your library. You can now drag over individual classifications or Classification Groups (Folders) into your quantity panel to use for your takeoffs.

We have built a library system in Togal allowing you to quickly add your classifications from your library to your project and from your project back to your library. Allowing you to continuously maintain and keep your library up to date.

Once you have setup a Organization or Private Library you can begin to use those classifications for all your projects.

To access your library in the "Editor" mode, click on the book symbol in the top right hand corner of the quantities panel.

Access Library

You will now be able to view and select your Organization libraries. If you prefer to use a Private library instead, simply click on 'Private" to switch over.

You have the flexibility to use "Classification Groups" and "Classifications" from both your "Organization" and "Private" Library for any project.

Now open select the library "Set" you would like to use, to expand folder and see all the Groups and Classifications available to use.

You can now begin to drag over any "Classification Groups" (Folder of Classifications) or individual "Classifications" into the quantity panel by holding down Left Click and dragging it over into the quantity panel. You can now begin using the Classifications to perform a manual takeoff or reclassify the AI takeoff.

Furthermore, you have the capability to update your library through this menu as well. You can transfer a "Classification Group" or individual "Classifications" from the Quantity panel into a Library Set for future Use.
