Togal.AI offers a built-in optimized automated AI takeoff tools. Our AI currently automates the following takeoff for Architectural floor plans and Reflected ceiling plans (RCP's):
- Footprint - the total Gross Square Footage (GSF) of the floor/ceiling
- Gross Area (incl walls) - similar to the footprint, but broken down into individual rooms including the areas under the walls
- Net Areas (excl walls) - the Net Square Footage (NSF) of all the individual rooms excluding the areas under the walls
- Lines - oinear footage of all the walls shown on the drawings
- Counts - counts the following pre-determined conditions: Doors, Plumbing Fixtures, Appliances, Furniture
