How to use Togal for elevations

Togal is primarily designed for takeoffs on architectural floorplans and RCPs, but you can also use Togal for elevation takeoffs.

Key tools for elevation takeoffs:

• Use Togal's manual takeoff tools on elevation views. You can trace area polygons and use the Cut tool to remove window areas.

• Use pattern search to identify areas different pattern finishes on the facade drawing. Please read the article on pattern search to learn more.  

• Use image search for window images to count instances in the elevation drawing. Please read the article on image search to learn more.
